De juiste LED-strip en bijpassende voeding kiezen

LED-strips zijn geschikt voor indirecte verlichting, meubelverlichting, lichtlijnen en functionele toepassingen. De juiste keuze begint bij de gewenste lichtopbrengst en lichtkleur. Let daarbij op het vermogen en het aantal lumen per meter, niet alleen op het totale vermogen van de rol.

Controleer vervolgens de voedingsspanning, de maximale aansluitlengte en de afknipmaat. De voeding moet bij de spanning van de strip passen en voldoende vermogen hebben, met een veilige reserve. Bij langere lichtlijnen kan voeding op meerdere punten nodig zijn om spanningsverlies en zichtbaar helderheidsverschil te beperken.

Voor vochtige of stoffige omgevingen kiest u een passende IP-waarde. Combineer de strip bij voorkeur met een aluminium profiel voor koeling en afwerking. Controleer ook of dimming, RGB, dynamisch wit of een specifieke controller gewenst is.
